UM Volume 2 First Rough Draft

This page will exist until end of January, unless it goes into publication sooner.

This is for content beta reads only. A lot of things still have to happen: the cover will change, there are orphans, an index will be created once things are stabilized. Then Vol 1 has to be updated to refer to Vol 2, which will change Vol 2 references again. And then the process gets repeated for Vol 3!
